Posted on 5/2/2012

The North Dakota State College of Science will now offer summer classes at the NDSCS-Fargo, N.D., location beginning June 5, 2012. A complete summer 2012 class schedule is available at www.ndscs.edu/fargosummer which includes liberal arts courses in mathematics, history, communications, and social sciences, as well as college readiness courses in reading, writing and mathematics.

Registration for NDSCS-Fargo classes can be completed conveniently online at www.ndscs.edu/apply. New NDSCS students need to complete the Application for Admission and submit a one-time application fee of $35. Students must meet the NDSCS Entry-Level Requirements for course placement in English and mathematics classes. NDSCS has established a minimum ACT score and students may need a COMPASS test to better determine additional preparation that may be needed before taking college classes. Students needing the COMPASS tests can take them at the NDSCS - Fargo campus. Courses are also available this summer on the NDSCS-Fargo campus for students needing additional preparation in English and mathematics.

For details about college classes, COMPASS testing and college preparatory classes at NDSCS-Fargo, contact Dave Dougherty, Fargo Programs Coordinator at 701-231-6908.
