NDSCS Commencement Ceremony set for Friday, May 13

North Dakota State College of Science will hold its Commencement ceremony on Friday, May 13 at 3 p.m. in the Ed Werre Arena located in the Clair T. Blikre Activities Center in Wahpeton, N.D. Approximately 650 students from the Wahpeton campus, NDSCS-Fargo location and online are scheduled to graduate.

Faculty Senate President Craig Zimprich will serve as the Stage Marshal, Vice President for Instructional Affairs, Dr. Lisa Karch will preside as the Master of Ceremonies and NDSCS Interim President Harvey Link will give remarks and recognitions as well as the presentation of degrees, diplomas and certificates. Remarks will be provided by Jeffry Volk, North Dakota State Board of Higher Education, Jane Vangsness Frisch, Ph.D., Vice President for Student Affairs and Strategy, and Kyra Bellew, Student Senate President. The NDSCS Wildcat Singers will also perform musical selections.

Guests should not attend if they were recently exposed to someone with COVID-19, they have symptoms consistent with COVID-19, of have been identified by a state health official that they were a close contact with someone who had COVID-19.

For guests that are unable to attend in-person, the entire ceremony will be live-streamed. This link will be available on Friday, May 13 at NDSCS.edu/Graduation
