NDUS Excellence Awards
The North Dakota University System (NDUS) recognizes the excellence, loyalty, dedication, and service of its employees. Beginning in 2026, NDUS is proud to introduce the Employee Excellence Awards, honoring outstanding individuals in Staff, Faculty, and Leadership categories. These prestigious awards celebrate employees whose contributions have advanced organizational success, enhanced the student experience, strengthened workplace culture, and created a significant and lasting positive impact across the North Dakota University System. Through exceptional performance, innovation, leadership, collaboration, and commitment to service, award recipients exemplify the values and mission of NDUS while helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
The Employee Excellence Awards provide an opportunity to recognize and celebrate those who go above and beyond in support of student success, colleagues, institutions, and the broader university system.
