Newly Appointed NDUS/CTS Chief Information Officer to visit NDUS institutions to strengthen IT partnerships

North Dakota University System (NDUS) Core Technology Services (CTS) has announced that a Meet and Greet with Corey Quirk, newly appointed NDUS and CTS Chief Information Officer, will be included in the upcoming semi-annual Institution/CTS Community Conversations series.

Quirk, who was promoted to this position on August 4, 2025, and reports to NDUS Commissioner Brent Sanford, will visit each campus to help strengthen IT partnerships across the system and discuss how to best serve the state’s higher education community.

Hosted jointly with each institution’s Information Technology department, the Community Conversations provide an opportunity for open dialogue about technology initiatives, systemwide service delivery, and the strategic direction of IT across the NDUS.

The addition of the Meet and Greet offers faculty and staff the chance to meet Quirk in person, share feedback, and discuss how NDUS and CTS can continue to enhance the shared service model.

Each session will begin with a 30-minute in-person Meet and Greet, followed by the Community Conversation. Those unable to attend in person are welcome to join virtually via Microsoft Teams.

“If you have ideas, questions, or feedback, I encourage you to attend,” Quirk said. “These conversations are an important opportunity to connect and collaborate as one NDUS community.”
