Lunch & Learn: UND to celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day with presentation by UND SMHS’s Dr. Don Warne

Join us at the UND American Indian Center for lunch and conversation with guest speaker Dr. Donald Warne, director of UND’s Indians Into Medicine program.

Warne, who is also is a professor of public health at UND’s School of Medicine & Health Sciences and a member of the Oglala Lakota tribe, is slated to present on the importance of Indigenous culture in celebration of Indigenous Peoples’ Day in Grand Forks.

Warne’s presentation is set for noon on Monday, Oct. 14, at the UND American Indian Center, 315 Princeton St., on the UND campus.
