Reporting Fraud

The North Dakota University System is committed to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. As part of this commitment, a 24-hour fraud hotline is available to report suspected fraudulent behavior.

Examples of fraudulent behavior include:

  • Falsification of company records, including but not limited to financial records
  • Tampering with data
  • Theft
  • Misuse of assets
  • Violations of state or federal laws

Confidential and anonymous reports may be made through the Fraud Hotline administered by Eide Bailly LLP. Reports may be submitted by phone (1-866-912-5378) or online. All hotline reports are routed to the NDUS Compliance Office and the appropriate institution to be investigated.
