22 Oct Applications for DSU interim president sought
BISMARCK, N.D. – The North Dakota State Board of Higher Education is seeking applications for an interim president of Dickinson State University. A competitive search process will be followed, as required by North Dakota Century Code chapter 37-19.1, and finalists will be recommended to the SBHE.
Applications materials must be submitted by 8 a.m. on Oct. 29. The Board will meet via special board meeting in mid-November to appoint the interim president. The interim assignment is expected to last approximately six months or until the effective date of the appointment of the permanent DSU president.
An on-campus listening session has also been scheduled for faculty, staff, students and community members at 3 p.m. (MT) on Oct. 30. The listening session will be in DSU’s Student Center Ballroom (900 Campus Drive, Student Center, Room 116B). SBHE Board Chair Nick Hacker and North Dakota University System Chancellor Mark Hagerott will be present.
